I want to protect your privacy and confidentiality and you to know that your data is being used legally and lawfully.

This Privacy Policy details the information that I collect from or about you, how I use that personal information,
and to who else it maybe disclosed to.

This Policy complies with the privacy requirements established by the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).
It supports Rosie B’s need to collect information from you as necessary for the performance of business services and functions, whilst also recognising your right to have your information handled in a proper and protective manner.

This Policy was re visited in March 2020 and applies to all of Rosie B clients.

The following information may be collected from you, either through this website or because you shared it in some other way with Me, Rosie B, such as:

Full name; Home address; e-mail address(es); Wedding day and location; Telephone number;
Planning and wedding day management information; Financial information relevant to Planning your event.

Please note that Rosie B will only collect such information that is absolutely necessary to perform her services to you.

Shared Information

Rosie B will never sell your personal information, although it may be shared, and only when necessary to perform a legitimate business activity with Rosie B’s suppliers (and your chosen suppliers) such as florists, caterers, venues, etc..

Rosie B will process your data only once your consent has been obtained or if it is necessary for the performance of our contract, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2018, in effect from 25 May 2018 (GDPR).

Data Access & Correction

Only Rosie Barrett , sole owner of Rosie B, will have access to your personal data in a password accessed computer. We will hold your information inline with UK Tax Law for 6 years where after it will be destroyed and erased from all devices. You may request a change to your personal data by contacting Rosie by phone or email.

Rosie B’s website and hosting company may use cookies and those cookies may be stored on your computer when you visit the website. If our hosting company implements cookies, they will only collect non-personally identifiable information in order to improve your website usage and browsing experience.
